Why is the call paid?
Because before it we review your sheet and your site, and after it we write a plan. That’s an hour or two of our work. And because you get that $59 back through done-for-you fixes, if you decide to go for them.
How does it work?
You leave a link to your sheet and pick a day that works for you. We email you to confirm the exact time and send the invoice.
Do I need to fill in the whole sheet?
Not the whole thing, but at least the parts you care about. Without it we’d be guessing, and you don’t need that.
Do I need to give you access to my accounts?
No. If we need to look at something, you share your screen. We only need access if we agree that we’ll fix something for you.
What if I can’t make the scheduled time?
Just reply to the confirmation email and we’ll set a new time.
